Yaupon is an ancient plant medicine in in use for over 3,000 years by the people of Turtle Island (North America) for its qualities including caffeine, antioxidants, and spiritual significance. Diaspora serves Yaupon espresso, Yaupon mocha and Salish regional herbal/loose leaf teas. Drinks will come with the option of steamed milks and seasonal syrups made with locally harvested herbs.

Diaspora Cafe roasts and grinds our Yaupon blends for our espresso beverages. The beverages will be prepared with an espresso machine onsite. Seasonal syrups will be made with local herbs sourced from our partnership with the Beacon Hill Food Forest Native Guild, and BIPOC Garden. All loose leaf products for syrups will be sourced wholesale from our partnership with Rainbow Natural Remedies.
