Diaspora Dinner number eight! Dorian will lead Stromboli from scratch at Diaspora.
From Dorian, “For me Stromboli isn’t just rolled pizza. It’s meditative in a way that encourages us to slow down and truly focus on each ingredient and how each one will interact with the others. While simple in nature, stromboli takes time, patience and love in order to get from A to B, And I feel there’s nothing more intimate than taking the time to work together to create a meal that not only fills our bellies but nourishes our mind, body, and soul.”
