Diaspora Dinner: Mole and ceremonial cacao

Diaspora Dinner number six! Hector will lead Mole and ceremonial cacao, including vegetarian options.

Mole is an integral part of the original cultures of Michoacan, the origin of Hector’s family. It is a labor of love, and we’ll be using all of the traditional ingredients. We’ll also prepare ceremonial cacao for everyone to drink with their kava.
